BRABUS vehicle transporter
Aim: To develop a transporter that could simultaneously haul four Mercedes-Benz GLs, four S-Classes or two of the new Mercedes Pullmans plus two S-Classes. It would also have to fit the pre-existing fleet in terms of both looks and functions.
Solution: Based on a Mercedes-Benz Actros GigaSpace, a body was built that had an optimal interior height, boosted by recesses in the deck. The twin-deck system makes the absolute most of the space thus created. The adjustable drawbar and the trailer’s fully self-contained hydraulic system mean it can be used for all the pre-existing fleet.
